China & Flatware:
We can quote you based on your culinary selections. Hors d’oeuvre plate, salad plate, dinner plate, cake plate, silver plate, hors d’oeuvre fork, dinner fork, knife & spoon, china coffee mug, creamer & sugar, salt & peppers. In addition we can delivery & remove rentals for you.
The menus do not include china, linens, tables, chairs, ovens, bar service. If your facility does not have a full kitchen; ovens, tents & other necessary items may need to be rented for your event. We are happy to coordinate your rentals.
Bar Mixers option:
Plum Street Gourmet can provide all mixers, tonic, club soda, OJ, cranberry juice, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite or Ginger ale, lemon, limes, cherries, olives, ice, coolers, chilling buckets, spring water, sparkling Pellegrino & standard bar equipment.
Refreshing Bar Option:
Plum Street can provide fresh brewed orange mint tea, fresh squeezed lemonade, sparkling water, ice, coolers, chilling buckets, & standard equipment.
Waitstaff & bartenders:
Waitstaff dress in the traditional black & whites & will serve appropriate foods butler style. Each staff’s rates are calculated port to port plus one additional hour for the return trip to Plum Street for sanitizing. All staff request payment at the conclusion of the event by cash or check. Gratuity is certainly appreciated & the amount is left to your discretion.
A note about service pricing
We are trained to recommend the best options for you to choose from for the services you may consider and will provide a customized quotation for you. Typically our pricing is based on a minimum of 100 guests and are subject to change based on availability & venue. All menus may not be suitable for all venues. We are here to guide you through the details to make your day everything you dreamed of.
Please know that we will do our best to accommodate special requests. You are in no way limited to these selections. Final guest counts are due a minimum of 10 days prior to your event. We look forward to working with you on your very special day.
